Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders need a signature upon receipt unless you specified otherwise – this is at your own risk. We cannot redirect orders after your purchased items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as estimates only and do not account for possible delays due to payment authorisation, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed before 12pm are generally processed and shipped within 2 -3 working days. We are not responsible for courier shipping times or delays.
Clients are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns or exchanges. Clients should note their reference/tracking number for their return delivery, so in the unlikely instance the goods go missing in transit, it will be treated as unreturned. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure goods are properly packaged so they will not be damaged during transit. We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping charges (unless your item is defective or not as ordered). Goods will only be treated as refundable if they are sent back in a resalable condition – this is the client’s responsibility. Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
