Fees & Cancellation Policy

Fees need to be paid a minimum of 3 days before the day service is provided, by cash, direct deposit or through our website.

A 10% deposit is required for all workshop bookings. This amount is non-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given prior to a cancellation. In this case, your 10 percent deposit will be forfeited.

24 hours’ notice is also required for one-on-one session cancellations.

In the event of a reschedule due to a client emergency, this 10% deposit will be used as a partial payment on a future workshop. Please note we do not provide refunds.

In the event the facilitator being unexpectedly delayed or unable to make a workshop, clients have the choice of a refund or to reschedule their sessions.

If you are more than half an hour late for your service, we may not be able to proceed with the workshop.
